Privacy Policy
This policy covers what we collect when you use DomainCashOffers.com, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. The short version: we use your information for exactly one purpose, making you an offer and completing the sale if you accept.
What we collect
- What you submit: the domain names you enter, your email address, and any asking price or notes you choose to include.
- What we don't collect: we do not use advertising trackers, we do not require accounts, and we do not collect payment information (payments are handled entirely by Escrow.com under its own privacy policy).
How we use it
- To evaluate your domains and send you a cash offer.
- To complete an escrow transaction if you accept an offer.
- To send at most a small number of transactional emails about your specific submission: an acknowledgment, your offer, and an expiration reminder.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your email address or submission details with third parties for marketing.
- We never add you to a newsletter or mailing list you didn't ask for.
- We never display your identity, email, or domains publicly. Activity notices on our homepage are fully anonymized (for example, "a two-word .com") and cannot be traced to a person or a domain.
Where it lives
Submissions are processed and stored using Google Workspace services (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) under our account. Transactional email is sent through the same. If you accept an offer, transaction data is handled by Escrow.com as an independent service.
Retention and deletion
We keep submission records as part of our transaction history. To have your submission and email removed from our records, submit a request through the form on the homepage using the same email address, with "delete my data" in the notes; we will confirm removal by email.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
